The classes are at Reedy Creek Middle School and are flexible based on the needs of the students. Classes are filled with stories, games, conversations, and movies based on the students’ choices. Chinmaya Study group involves four to fifteen people who meet at a agreed time, place and day for about ninety minutes each week. The group studies and discusses scriptural texts according to a prescribed syllabus that offers the seeker a systematic exposure to Vedanta. Read More

Shishu Vihar
Shishu Vihar is a program within Bala Vihar where toddlers and infants can get an early introduction to spiritual education. Classes contain stimulating activities to help babies develop motor skills, listening to and learning chanting, singing along to bhajans, story time, arts and crafts, at an age-appropriate level. The concept of Shishu Vihar was implemented due to Swamini Supriyananda. Swaminiji first implemented this concept in Hong Kong, where she observed that small children have strong retentive power and are quick to learn, which is improved upon the presence of their mother. She stated, “Even 3-year-old children can chant the Hanuman Chalisa!”. These classes, full of love and knowledge meets every Sunday at Reedy Creek Middle School from 10:00 AM to 11:30AM. Read More
Jnana Yajnas
In a traditional Vedic yajna, the ritual calls for the invocation of Fire and other deities in a sacrificial trough. As devotees single-pointedly and devotedly offer oblations into the trough, they simultaneously chant Sanskrit mantras for blessings and protection, and hymns of praise.
