Post menu online for signup and periodic reminder via the BV coordinator to the parents b. organize cooking + ingredient list + assign for purchase as required 3. If ordering from 3rd party - Four weeks prior to a major event - (budget per event and expected HC to be provided by the BV coordinator) a. Request minimum of 2 quotes for the planned menu. i. Written quote should include time of delivery, time of pickup, items, Qty . Quote to be shared with all team members + BV coordinator. ii. The budgeted amount is per event. Additional cost need to be approved by the BV coordinator. (prior to commitment) iii. Order food from 3rd party vendor based on the budget per event. 4. Prasad distribution on day of the event 5. Purchase & managing of supplies - (Plates, napkins, spoons, glass, etc) or raw materials for food preparation 6. Coordinate sponsorship of food items or potluck 7. It is the fiduciary responsibility to ensure on time delivery, quality, quantity, and cost of the Prasad. |
